Respect - Majka was starving and in poor health. She was terrified of people and desperate to find food for herself and her kittens.
Reimagine - We slowly acclimated Majka to accept people over the course of several months.
Restore - Majka is now a content, affectionate inside cat. Her health issues are under control and she loves people.
Respect - Majmun was a sick, underweight feral kitten. Statistically, he had a 50% chance of surviving to adulthood - but, probably less in his case, due to his poor health and hostile environment with winter approaching.
Reimagine - Majmun shocked us all by quickly coming to trust people and even prefer them to his cat family. Consequently, he was able to get the medical care he needed and live in safety months before his mother and brother.
Restore - Majmun is the picture of a healthy, strong and surprisingly large young cat. He has an incredible personality. He’s exceptionally friendly and affectionate with people and has a great relationship with all of the other cats as well.
Respect - Blanco was an adolescent feral cat with some health problems and a deep fear and mistrust of people.
Reimagine - Even after his capture (along with his, by that point, much friendlier mother), Blanco remained frightened of people and very difficult to work with. We kept in a smaller space with his mother and other friendly cats he got along with, where he watched them interact with us. Over the course of a few months, curiosity got the better of him and he slowly began to warm up to us.
Restore - Blanco, though still shy, genuinely enjoys spending time with people. He loves to play and will even take nap in a lap now and then.
